Varsha Bhikha
Varsha completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University in 2013 and then went on to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in 2016.
Varsha has gained extensive experience in both Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Working in both the maternity ward at Saint John of God Hospital and within Private Practice settings, Varsha has broad based experience in treating women prenatally and postnatally. Furthermore, Varsha has taught Clinical Pilates – prenatal and post-natal classes and is able to provide you with individualised care to provide you with optimal results.
Varsha has also worked in the Private Practice sector since 2013, treating a range of muscular conditions, with a special interest in exercise rehabilitation. Having completed studies in dry needling and Clinical Pilates, she is able to use a range of techniques to help reach your rehabilitation goals
Suki Fok
Suki is a skilled healthcare professional holding dual degrees in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy.
With over fifteen years of clinical experience, Suki has the passion in understanding the intricate connections between spinal health and functional movement of other body joints. Holding the solid foundation in both disciplines, Suki uses the advantages of these disciplines to embody the concept of holistic care.
Suki believes that hands-on therapy is as crucial as active exercises in achieving optimal recovery outcomes and is dedicated to providing personalised care that integrates manual therapy with therapeutic exercise programs to promote recovery and enhance wellness.
Suki looks forward to working together to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
